The price is dependent on the size of the space you will need. Prices start from as little as $44 per month.

We have a large range of sizes, starting from small 1mx1m lockers all the way up to 2000m2 warehouses. Available sizes vary by location so please contact your local store for further information.

You pay your first month’s storage upfront. Rent is then billed monthly in advance.

We don’t charge a deposit. You just pay your first month storage upfront.

We offer a 5% discount for 6 months’ prepayment or 10% off for 12 months’ prepayment.

Minimum hire period is one month.

There is no maximum hire period. Once you hire a space it simply continues on month to month until you advise us that you are vacating.

To start using self storage you just need to visit your local store during office hours. We will need a copy of photo ID and you will just have to complete a Self Storage Agreement and pay your first months rent. You can then start using your space straight away.

We provide courtesy vehicles and trailers for you to use to move your goods into storage. Alternatively, we can recommend removalists to you.

Should you need to change your storage space (up or down) you can do so at anytime without penalty. You only pay for the time you have used.

We require 2 weeks’ notice of your move out.

Once the initial hire period has expired you will be refunded unused rent, if 2 weeks’ notice has been given.

All our facilities have PIN code access and 24hr CCTV monitoring. You also supply your own padlock to lock up your space and you keep all the keys.

For added security we do not offer 24hr access. Access hours are extended past office hours however, so you can still get in at a time that suit you.

You have your own individual storage space, that you lock with your own padlock and you keep all the keys.

You can access your space as many times as you want during set access hours. Access hours vary depending on location so please check with your local store.

We offer Insurance for $1.50 per $1,000 cover. Please contact your local store if you would a copy of the PDS.

We can remove you padlock for you if needed. You will just need to visit the office and show photo ID so that we can remove your old lock for you.

If you hire an upstairs storage space, we have lifts located on the driveway to take everything up there for you. We also have trolley’s available to take the goods to your storage space.

Yes, all our stores carry a full range of moving and packaging supplies. Please visit during office to pick up what you need.

Unfortunately, from time to time we do have to sell the contents of a storage space that has either been abandoned or not paid for as per the Terms and Conditions of the Self Storage Agreement. We do, however, try to avoid this at all costs.
